CUSTOMER CARE
Clients may cancel orders within the first 24 hours of purchase if they have not been delivered. No refunds will be made after the delivery of a package.
Monthly subscription clients must cancel their subscriptions by the 20th of each month. Subscriptions canceled after this date will be required to pay the next month's subscription fee before cancelation. However, clients who cancel after the monthly cancelation date will still have access to the membership site and receive their monthly gift during the following month.
All clients will receive tracking numbers for their gift shipments. Once shipped, Transcend RX assumes no responsibility for gifts lost or damaged in the mail. However, our team will work diligently to ensure your gift arrives to you intact and in a timely fashion. If your item is damaged or lost, please email us at transcendrx@gmail.com with images and/or your tracking number so we can quickly replace your gift.

If you have problems with your gift, have issues accessing online facilitation videos on the member portal, or have other questions or needs, please email our team at transcendrx@gmail.com. We will respond within 48 hours and do our best to accommodate you.

Clients may cancel orders within the first 24 hours of purchase. Once 24 hours have passed and gifts are shipped to the client, no refunds will be made.
